SolidWorks Certified Essentials Course

SolidWorks Essentials is a 5 day classroom based course designed to teach the novice user how to use SolidWorks to create 3D models of parts and assemblies, and 2D drawings of those parts and assemblies.

Who Should Attend
The course is designed for anyone with an interest in developing their 3D CAD knowledge or those who are new to 3D CAD.

Course Content
14 flexible and interactive lessons covering the fundamentals of 2D/3D modelling geometry in SolidWorks including:

•   The SolidWorks User Interface
•   Sketching
•   Basic part modelling
•   Assemblies
•   Configurations
•   Drawing sheets and views
•   Dimensioning
•   BOM’s and design tables
•   eDrawings and more

Other Details
The latest spec workstations will be provided as well as refreshments.  An SolidWorks accredited certificate will be awarded on completion of the course.  4-12 places will be available on the course at a cost of £1250 each.  Concessions may be available, contact us for more details.
